McLaren’s Project: Endurance Unveiling at Monterey Car Week
This summer I had the incredible honor of DJing for McLaren’s unveiling of the Project: Endurance Le Mans Hypercar at Monterey Car Week in Carmel Valley, California. Being part of one of the most prestigious automotive gatherings in the world, surrounded by car collectors, industry leaders, and racing legends, was truly surreal.
The event itself was extraordinary. McLaren revealed the hypercar in a stunning Triple Crown-inspired livery—McLaren Orange, a deep blue Texas stripe, the Lone Star, and Johnny Rutherford’s number 3, celebrating their historic 1974 Indy 500 win. Hosted by McLaren Group Holdings CEO Nick Collins and Racing CEO Zak Brown, with motorsport icon Justin Bell on stage, the unveiling was all about precision, heritage, and luxury.
My role was to create a soundtrack that matched that elevated atmosphere—music you’d imagine a high-net-worth driver racing to, while also keeping things sophisticated and immersive for such an exclusive crowd.
Some of my selections included:
Bovie & Gaillard – Run All the Red Lights
Gary Caos – Street Player
Duke Dumont – Ocean Drive
Adam Port – Move
Bob Sinclar – World Hold On (Fisher Remix)
Jungle – Keep Moving (Dave Lee Remix)
I curated the set to capture both the energy of speed and the elegance of luxury—fitting for a hypercar that represents McLaren’s racing legacy and future vision.
